rev:text	Came to Service Dept. for an issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. I got help from a service Rep Ismael 'Rocket'. Dude is an awesome person, very informative and explained everything that will be done to mediate the issue(s) I had. I had to leave my vehicle there for a few days, but 'Rocket' called me everyday and gave me updated info on the process of servicing my vehicle. Any future issues I may have with my Jeep, I will definitely go see Rocket.
