  • The pharmacist at the Decatur location was on more than one occasion rude and lacking in customer service not the norm for this exceptional business. My first pick up prescription was horrible, I handed my Costco card and insurance over to the pharmacist and of course after 24 hours it wasn't ready so I went shopping and killed time eating lunch , I returned to get questioned by 4 different people . " name ? Date of birth " but no script and no card , gone . I got the mgr and he resolved the matter while the pharmacist mgr never once got involved . Yesterday they gave me the wrong medication entirely ! Also the pharmacist mgr told me I cut in front of the line when there was no one any where in line . Later she was leaving the pharmacy area and gave a F off look . Thanks but no thanks I'm done with Costco .!
