  • Just two words...BED BUGS!!! I've had the same room within 3 weeks. On both occasions, the hotel claimed to have hired an exterminator and found no evidence of the little critters. I caught one, put it in a bag and asked a manager to call me. A month later, still no call. Unacceptable.
