  • I am shocked at the five star reviews. The service was great and the food came out fast but none of the three items I had was any good. The Tamale which is my favorite Mexican item was just corn slop and a mess to unwrap. It was like opening a babies dirty diaper. The jicama salad was extremely bitter. the sweetness of the dates was not enough to counter how bitter the salad was. The duck was served rare and was really tough to chew. I love duck and order it every time I see it on a menu. This duck I sent back which I never do. I have sent food back just a couple times in my life. I expected so much more and was really disappointed with the food. The table next to me also did not like their food. They tried a couple bites then paid the check and left leaving two complete dinners on the table. It could not be the timing because the food is served extra fast at this restaurant.
