telus keep calling my number whether i am at home or not. i have requested from them to remove my number from their lists but they don't listen. just today (i am sick in bed) and i was waiting for a phone call from my family, when the phone rings. i tried to rush to the phone, (i am in pain), i injured myself on the way, and to top it off i get to the phone to find that they had hung up after 3 rings. i called them back. they wanted to answer a bunch of questions which i refused. i only wanted them to know i don't want their communications, their business and for telus to leave me alone. i am asking them to remove my phone number from their lists and no to call me ever again. then they had the nerve to ask me what was former my account number with them. i am from another province and i only dealt with shaw in alberta.
so if you don't answer their "cross examinations" they seem to be saying that you then must be a delinquent with them or that they will no remove my phone number from their lists. so the abusive behaviour will continue. i told them they have no right to my number nor any permission to have it on their lists or to use it. so you are damned if you talk and damned if you don't talk. i am wondering what a good, fair judge will say about this type of aggressive business practises.
the number that shows up on my screen is 4033102255 (oct 19, 2011 at 1;31 pm. ) i am so tired of them ! i don't know what else to do, except to take them to court and tried to help anyone else who is dealing with telus harassing behaviour. they seem to target senior citizens as i heard from others as well.
