  • I feel like I've been taken. When I signed my daughter up...I remember asking if we could quit at anytime, I remember the answer was yes of course....3 months into it, it didn't work for our family and my daughter wasn't interested anymore...now 6 month's later we're still paying $175 a month and can't get out of it because of the contract. I'm not buying a car--I signed my daughter up and she didn't like it....so now its a $2100 mistake. Yes, my fault for not reading the fine print...their fault for not making it perfectly clear there was no way out and I'd be paying for the next year regardless if she was going to classes. Shame on me, shame on them. My warning before going to Babin's ATA....don't sign any contract.
