  • People always give me a hard time because I have my car repairs and service done at the dealer. Well, when your dealer has a convenient and easy appointment process, offers free wifi in the waiting room with cubicles for doing work, free bottles of water and cookies, and a friendly older gentlemen who comes around every so often and asks if he can get you anything, then yes, I take my car to the dealer and don't care what you have to say! Located off business route 22 in Monroeville, Pittsburgh East Nissan is a great dealer and service center. The technicians are friendly and take the time to explain in detail what service they performed and recommendations for service or repairs. I've never felt pressured to get something done that I didn't think I needed. Also, if you bring your own part, they'll install it for you, so you don't even have to buy their parts. I don't know if that would apply to something like an engine, but for simple things, like a cabin air filter, they are happy to do it. My 2011 Nissan Rogue and I are very happy with Pittsburgh East Nissan.
