| - If I could give this Wal-Mart no stars, I would. Consistently bad experiences here. I will list the reasons why because there are a plethora.
1) It's dirty. And when I say dirty, I mean dirt, filth, grime.
2) People beg in the parking lots. They stand at the doors all day.
3) Poor service. Can't find anyone who knows where anything is and if you find them, they're too busy to be bothered and will 9 times out of ten, give you a mumble and a hand wave indicating a vague direction.
4) Poor service. Actually had an employee lie to me because she didn't want to find what I was looking for. She said they didn't have any iPhone 5 chargers without looking. I went and found a display case for one kept in the back, brought it to her, and said "what is this? Is this not what I just asked you to find?" She then promptly told me she couldn't go get it for me because she couldn't leave her station. I asked if she could radio someone. She said the other girl would be back from break in a couple minutes. Excuse me?! You want me to wait for this girl's break to be over?
5) POOR SERVICE!!! Went to a manager about the previous incident and was treated with absolute disdain. She found me another employee, who walked me to the back, after a lot of head bobbing and sighing at the request from her manager. I spoke to her, reiterating what I needed, and she did not look at me, or even acknowledge that we were walking next to each other, let alone that she was there to help me. When we got to the electronics section, she noticed the aforementioned girl was back from break, as she mumbled as such to herself, before she immediately spun around, and walked away, without a word to me, or to the girl now tasked with helping me.
This place is disgusting, poorly run, poorly stocked, and another example of the deterioration of Wal-Mart's reputation.
