  • We went to Kennywood yesterday as a surprise birthday gift for my now 10 year old son. At first we were annoyed because many of the normal food vendors were closed and the few that were open had extremely long lines. But then we discovered that there were several food trucks in the park and I ended up having the best meal that I've ever had at an amusement park! I went to a food truck that sold crepes. I had the mushroom crepe with cheese, mushrooms, spinach, tomato and pesto and wow was it good! I hope they keep these food trucks in the park! I normally expect to eat a deep fried full of chemicals something or other and I appreciate that they saved me from that.
