Hello all!
I hope you find my update to my review useful for I wish I would have been warned.
Today I went to Go see Rose because one of my nails chipped and the dip powder was coming off. I just remembered she told me to come talk to her if I had any problems with the new technique I requested for my nails.
When I arrived the person greeting me went to go get Rose and when she returned she said it would be a moment.

10 mins go by and there is no Rose in sight. I turned to the lady and asked where was Rose, at that time Rose had walked up and asked me if she was in trouble?
I said no but here's what's going on can we fix this?
We went through the motions of removing my gel nail polish, but she kept getting distracted. (Annoying)
As she is finishing wrapping my nails she moves me to a tech table in the back of the building and said" You have to sit and soak for a moment I'll be back"
I understand the process of taking the polish off so I was fine with that but after twenty mins of sitting there I realize she had taken another client to whom she must have a relationship with because they are talking about Costco runs and how is your family.
Oh and I forgot to mention Rose is doing her nails and hasn't come to check on me. At this point I already know that there is no more polish on my nails and I'm just sitting here... the other techs are with people now and I'm in the back with no customer service at all.
After twenty more minutes I take off the polish myself (attached picture of how I left) leave $6 bucks at Roses table that's she's sitting at for the use of acetone pretty much and leave.
No customer should be treated this way, this "nail salon" will no longer be getting my services or any of my referrals.
