  • What does terrible service and low quality amenities equal? Answer: 1 star ratings. My mom purchased a ticket from Mesa to LA. The bus was 5 hours late. They bused everyone over to the Phoenix station to see if there were any other options only to later find out that the bus would still be 5 hours late. My mom didn't get home until well after 10pm on my father's birthday (the only reason she left AZ that day). Tufesa is definitely a better option if you're making that trip to LA.
