  • If there were no stars that's what they would get. To start I came in to do a full service detail $150 value at 11 am sat in the waiting area (with my father and 2 kids) for about 45 min spent another $70 on products in the beginning I was told the service shouldn't take longer than 1 hour and 30 mins due to a few cars being in front of me. Which was not a problem. After about an hour of waiting I see my car is still sitting. So I have my father go check and ask them how much longer is this going to take what are they going to do a full detail in 30 min . I don't want that service done fast and sloppy. He was told by Austin the manager that they were going to only start on the vehicle in about 30 min . So basically that means we would be waiting for a total of 3.5 +hours with out notice or update on the late start. No one came to notify us at any point.So we decided we would come back another time and decided to leave. As we mentioned that I was demanded that I pay for a wash I didn't receive I was being told if I don't pay my plates will be flagged and they started very rudely yelling at me that they won't let me leave wouldn't let me speak. Austin is very rude doesn't know how to respect paying customers. Telling me to shut my mouth. Wouldn't let me get a word out . Yelling at me in front of my kids. Telling me we can't leave he doesn't care I'm not going anywhere with out paying for a wash I didn't receive with stains and scratches on my vehicle. I demanded I speak to another manager or whom ever can show me some respect and let me speak with out being disrespected. Jason came out and seen I spent enough money to pay for 4 washes on products I told them for the poor service the least they could do is give me a wash after an hour wait and such rude terrible service and such disrespectful language by Austin. I'm very upset that now my vehicle is damaged and scratched all over due to poor management and very rude service. I work with dealers and companies for many years I've never seen such poor quality customer service and such unprofessional language for a "MANAGER"
