  • My complex gives us a free carpet cleaning service when we renew our lease. I called and scheduled the 8-2pm time frame. It's now 3:30 and I've called their office three times. On my third call, and only because i said I would wait on the phone until she reached the tech, the lady says I'm sorry, the technician is working on a flood from last night and that takes priority. What's the point in having an appointment? And is anyone ever planning on calling to me tell me? I've cancelled my own appointments today to try and accommodate their lateness. Based on the other reviews, they might not even show up. I wouldn't ever pay for this horrible service. Update: they showed up at 4. Not even an apology or acknowledgement that they were late and never called to let me know.
