  • I would NOT refer, use or call this service ever again. It was 118 degrees outside and 95+ degrees inside when our air conditioner stopped working. We scheduled an urgent appointment for 6pm that evening and agreed to pay $120.00 just to look at the unit (we later discovered that other companies were only charging $80-90.00 for the same appearance). So, we waited all day and they NEVER SHOWED. Further, they wouldn't even return our multiple, desperate and sweaty phone calls begging them to simply contact us. Bottom line, if a company is going to charge higher than average prices, the LEAST they could do is treat their customers with courtesy, show up when they say they're going to or, at a bare minimum, call the customer back!!! After we waited all day wasting our time, we finally got the hint and called another company. They were at our home within 45 minutes and we saved $40. I don't recommend this company to anyone. A company that can't be bothered to call or return calls from anxiously waiting customers doesn't deserve my money!
