  • Drove all the way across town every two weeks to get nails done by Bella who is an amazing nail tech. She is fast and does outstanding work. The salon is beautiful and they have an endless choice of gel colors. I never had a problem getting an appt. But whatever u do..don't complain about anything! Unfortunately their ownership lacks any business or customer service skills...will not make any attempt at service recovery.. just dont come back because your friend posted negative feedback on social media sites? It doesn't matter if you r a regular customer or not. All because THEY screwed up my appt n didn't make any attempt to correct it. .in the owners eyes...I made the error. It's a competitive business...you can see by the customers comments and the owners responses ...may want to think twice about polished..more like TARNISHED!...There r other places to get your nails done where u will b valued as a customer..NOT HERE!
