This place is definitely a great workout. I am new to this so I started off with the Air Foundation class which teaches beginners the basics of using the silk ropes. Even though it was a beginners class, it was an intense workout and the owner, Kerri, was our instructor. She was super nice, attentive, and knowledgeable of what she was instructing. I really dislike going to places where you feel neglected. This place was very friendly for a new face.
I was sore the next day but ready for more. I tried the Tabata class the next day and that just kicked my ass. Loved it. I feel that if I keep coming to Air, I will get in shape and be able to feel confident about my self image. I plan on partaking in the new client membership offer. Definitely a place worth checking out. Innovative and effective.
