  • We stayed for a weekend trip to the strip. When we got there we were so surprised of the location! We even walked from the Luxor to the Hotel! We loved the kitchenette, comfy beds, room service but we got stuck with a bathroom door that didn't lock. The worst part was that our room key didn't exist AND the "key maker machine" was down... Which called for night time drunk calls for security to let us in our place each night. Honestly, they can't be organized because they don't keep tabs on their lost key cards or have any backups. Such an inconvenience for us AND they didn't even give us a discount for that inconvenience. Will we stay at that hotel again? Yes, but I will absolutely not pay for such inconveniences again.
