  • UPDATE: After calling customer service to file a complaint, they issued me a $50 voucher and asked me to please give them another try. So, I booked a flight 2 months in advance for Dec 19. That night, I received an email saying the flight I'm was delayed. After arriving at the airport, and waiting in the curbside line to check my bags, they said it was cancelled & I had to go inside. So, I waited again inside, and the young employee said it was cancelled and there were no more flights all week, then she shoved a small paper in my hand and told me to call customer service. I stated I had a medical procedure in Ohio in 2 days and had to find another flight. She then raised her voice and said "That's not my problem and I'm not gonna argue with you, got it?", then she walked away and started loudly complaining to another employee that "all these people are on my last damn nerve, and I'm about to hurt somebody." Seriously? Is this an airline or a prison? Threats of physical assault are acceptable at Frontier? Got it. They have yet to refund my ticket, or explain why all the flights all week were cancelled. Another passenger called a family member who worked for them & said the employees were on strike. Flights were also cancelled the day prior, and the airline knew all of this but failed to notify me or anyone else via email, txt or phone call. Instead, they irresponsibly allowed everyone to pay for taxis and Ubers to the airport, and made us all wait in line to find out from rude employees. Not to mention, the other airlines knew about the cancellations and doubled the price of all their tickets, so my $160 trip turned into me having to purchase another ticket from Delta for $600 that was only $300 the day before. Had Frontier notified me of the strike and cancellation prior to an hour before boarding, I would've had time to find an affordable ticket. Total failure as a company. I will expect a refund in full, and I will never again fly with this airline. I honestly hope a class action lawsuit arises from this, as I am out so much extra money due to their irresponsible behavior. Shameful!!
