  • The Chanel in the Encore is so much better for customer service than the Chanel in the Wynn. Walking back to our room in the Tower Suites in the Encore, from the Palazzo, we came across the Chanel in the Wynn first... The CS there was deplorable. (see other review) The Chanel associates in the Encore are so much more attentive and down to earth. I came in looking for the new Spring 2016 blush colored boy bag, and they literally just sold it the day before. But prior to me even mentioning that I was looking for that bag the sales associate was already engaging me- even joking around with me. Plus, the nice part, upon even walking in I was greeted by just about every associate. Yes, this store is a lot smaller than the one in the Wynn but unless you like getting treated like they're doing YOU a favor don't bother going there. The Chanel at the Encore is so much better to spend your hard earned dollars at.
