  • This place is run by the the rudest people I have ever encountered. To the point where they made my wife cry with their belligerent and spiteful attitude because of their miscommunication on what was being ordered. Accused my wife of throwing her debit card at them, when in reality it slid off the counter due to wind. Then stated "we should be careful down here" which I believe is a direct threat of physical harm. Their ice cream is overpriced and I will definitely tell everyone I know not to support such a toxic environment that is not welcoming and completely against the Beaches charm. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I have never encountered such rudeness. I would give this place minus stars as they are not deserving of one star- I couldn't post this otherwise without giving one. If you, the people who work here read this- shame on you, terrible, thank you for ruining our day.
