  • I am so disappointed with this location. My mom and I have been coming here for years. They have really gone down hill. Mainly their customer service. Everyone there is so snobby and rude. I came in with a pile of clothes in great condition and they took absolutely nothing. Not one item. They didn't even say why, the lady just pointed to my stuff and said, "We don't want anything." Apparently Ann Taylor and White House Black Market isn't what they're looking for. So disappointed. I will be looking to consign elsewhere.
