I thought the review about the "hike disturbance" was a joke. And then I called her. I was calling from California and the connection was bad so I hung up. Lori called me right back- great. We talked about my order and she said she had 7 other orders for that day. She just did not give me a nice vibe so I said "Thanks anyway, I will find someone else" She then gave me a lecture about not hanging up when you call someone.
Maybe she does good work, but she should probably hire a person to answer her calls - someone with some customer service skills.
