I love Tiffany's but I had a bad experience at this particular store a few years back and will never ever buy from here again. I bought a simple Paloma Picasso sterling silver bracelet and matching ring. I brought the ring back the very next day because it was a little loose and I wanted to exchange it for one with a better fit. They absolutely refused to exchange it and accused me of scratching it. Really? In less than 24 hours? There was absolutely no remarkable scratch and I left the store very upset. I've since then been back to my local Tiffany's in NorCal with no issues. My sales person apologized for the Las Vegas - Bellagio store's behavior and said it was very unlike Tiffany's policy for customer service. Too bad, because this store has missed out (said with "Pretty Woman" indignation).
