  • Disappointed with the extremely long wait time (2.5 hours behind schedule), rude medical student (although dealt with by my NP), and rushed appointment all-around. I was even charged a missed appointment fee ($50) despite cancelling the Friday morning before a Monday afternoon appointment for my would-be second visit that was only necessary because all of my services weren't able to be accommodated in the first appointment. I hope they stop over booking their practitioners.
