  • I wanted to get an ice cream cake for my brother and it was somewhat lat minute. Actually definitely last minute (day of). The manager answered the phone and was really kind in assisting me with different combos that worked well together. The reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because my service when I came in at night to pick it up was horrible. I walked in to 2 associates that were talking to each other, no greeting but looked up and made eye contact. Like "hi? Hello? welcome to cold stone? I'm a customer that just walked into your store?" (Totally sarcastic) When I finally got an acknowledgement since o was the only customer there everything else was pretty meh. Nothing exceptional, just the manager
