I went in with a groupon cut/partial highlight. Well I needed lowlights and (Katherine) said that was ok but needed to pay more money for a full lowlight treatment. No problem, I agreed and paid additional $$. When it was done, the color didn't look different. I mentioned it to her and she said that's because she used 'transparent' color. What? I couldn't really tell in their lighting so When I got home, I noticed she didn't use a darker color, but pretty sure she used toner instead just to take red tones out. Not cool! especially since she charged me more. Then on top of that, she butchered one side of my hair. I went back in for her to fix it and not only did she not remember me 1 week later but said she didn't cut it. Is she kidding me? She DID cut it and even if my hair was like that, wouldn't she have fixed it in the first place? So ridiculous. I was so upset but the owner fixed my hair with extensions to fill in the empty 'gap' and apologized. She was very nice and did a great job with the "repair". If anyone goes to this salon, I would recommend the owner because she was very poite, professional and knows what she's doing. However, I have to leave the rating low for the original stylist. Now I have to go somewhere else to get the color I asked for and have to wait for the cut to grow out.
