  • Toyota service recommended new front brake pads and resurfacing of rotors. Another shop (Big O Tires - store # 4156) recommended new brake pads and new rotors. Based on the estimate received from Brake Masters, I decided to go in and have them do the work. Turns out that I did NOT need any work to the front brakes. Pads were only at the 50% mark and still had lots of useful life before needing attention. I sincerely appreciate their honesty and when the brakes do need to be serviced in the future, this Brake Masters will get my business!
