I'm giving them 3 stars primarily due to their front desk system- it is very difficult to contact Best by phone. Moreover, their employees should remember in general that they are dealing with people in grief and adjust their customer service and tone accordingly. While no one has been outright rude, they've gone from being incredibly sensitive and kind to borderline impatient and dismissive. I've sadly had to bring three deceased relatives to them since 2014, and it's gone downhill in terms of customer service each time. I know they've had some turnover- not sure if that has something to do with it.
