rev:text	Liked the doctor that I saw 2 weeks ago. F. Carrillo. She was quick and to the point and prescribed antibiotics I did ask them to take a culture as I know I have an infection. They did, but in the following 10 days I called back three times to get the results from the culture... Finally when I called to schedule a follow up visit. I asked her to Please give me the culture results. She said someone called and left me a message that it was "nothing" I asked for clarification and she just said "it's nothing" makes me wonder now if they even sent out the culture as I can assure you, I called several times Didn't like the office practices wherein I called to schedule an appointment. They said they don't accept but 2 insurances and for those people they would schedule an appointment. She indicated I should come in as a walk in (Let me explain the co-pay 20% for me, walk ins to an urgent care has a higher fee) My antibiotics didn't work completely so I'm here now, 2 weeks later. This time I called yesterday and they allowed me to make an appointment. And low and behold. It cost 50% less this time because I scheduled an appointment. Don't like their office staff much as to me. Seems like they are trying to get more out of pocket from me. Anyway this time I have an appointment and I have now been waiting for close to TWO hours .... I'm still in a room waiting for the doctor. Again if there is this much of a wait time. The very least they could do is let you know as a courtesy The wait really isn't worth it. Had they told me this upon scheduling the appointment OR when I got here perhaps I would have been prepared. As it is. This is just frustrating !!!!!!!
