  • This museum is amazing! It doesn't judge, but presents facts in context with the time period. There's info about the beginnings of the mob, the feds who chased them and info about who and how Vegas was formed. They said it would take about 2 1/2 hours, we laughed to ourselves and thought they were crazy. FOUR HOURS later... our brains were full, we were informed and entertained and found ourselves in a great gift shop. There is some graphic material, crime scene photos, etc. But the majority of those are in a section that says, Caution Graphic material. I think on average, children under age 9 might not enjoy this as much as older kids would. Having said that I would take any child here and be prepared to explain at their level what they are seeing and plan to do it in 2 hours, rather than 4. Do not miss this!
