  • I started going to Preston Ford when we moved out to the East Side of Cleveland. I legitimately only have one bad thing to say - parking at this place is impossible due to the small lot size. Seriously, that is it! The customer service at Preston Ford is outstanding. I worked with Patrick in purchasing my new car and he was excellent to work with. However, I mainly work with the service department and the three people I have worked at this place with have been nothing but helpful and understanding. We ran into an issue with a part I was adding to my car and even though it took a while to solve, they kept me in the loop and were completely honest with me the entire time which I put above everything else. I cannot say enough amazing things about Preston and if you are a looking for a dealership that treats you like a neighbor and not just another buyer walking through the door, then this is the place for you!
