  • This was my feedback that I gave New York New York hotel and casino The bed consisted of 2 sheets and 2 pillows which were like flat T-shirt's... The rooms need MAJOR UPDATING! The shower head was real bad. No coffee pots in the rooms. No complimentary water. The tv remote didn't change channels. The room service guy who took our order had the personality of a wet fart. The room service pancakes were dry and by far the WORST I have ever had. The view was so ugly you would think the front desk would take into consideration that we were locals and give us a cool view so we would send friends and family to New York New York. Oh by the way Chin Chin is waaaaaaay over priced. The beef was a very questionable meat! I won't be back. Worst of all, I came home sick for three days!
