| - LOL at the new made fake accounts who's stating we're leaving bad reviews to receive "free" grooming, that's already a sign of guiltiness. NO, we DON'T want your stupid grooming services even if they were for free. Keep my money (and undeserved tip), just putting my HONEST review of this dump from my experience. I mean isn't this what Yelp was made for? To leave reviews so that future customers know what had happened from other people's experience?
We were so excited to try this place out, my sister saw it and thought of our baby so we had made an appointment for 10 am, online (we have records of it), we dropped her off on time and scheduled pick up was at noon. I kept texting my sister to see if she had picked up our dog since it was already past 12 (we all have the texts and logs of this incase you wanna run your mouth saying we're lying) she said that when she got there at noon they told her that she would still be an hour and a half. For my dog to be there for FOUR hours WITH an appointment, I don't even know if that's normal. My dog is small to medium size too. The "haircut" that Corey did to our dog shouldn't even be called a haircut! She still had excess hair on her, she was not brushed, her hair was UNEVEN all around especially around her face and they had buzzed off her hair around her body when we specifically told them not to and the hair on her legs were NOT even groomed. To add onto it her left paw had more than one nail cut through the quick which caused some bleeding. I'm scared to know what else happened behind closed doors. This is one of my biggest fear, for my dog to get neglected and abused in the groomers. We wouldn't review this if it wasn't true. We wouldn't waste our time doing this if it didn't happen.
So we called the place and we spoke to the owner asking why this happened and all he could do was be defensive and he had the balls to blame it on our dog, mixing up his damn stories of how she cut her nails on her own. Lol. Please. If that was the case why didn't you let us know when she had gotten picked up? And how is that story even possible? Know how to treat ALL your customers with respect especially for a NEW business. Shame on you.
After that day I just gotta say please be careful when taking your lovely dogs here, my baby was hurt here, neglected and treated very poorly. Idk why it had to just happen to my baby but she came out depressed and scared. They butchered her hair and nails. We had to go to another place to see if they could try and fix what was left of her hair. They were even shocked at how bad it was and they even got mad too.
This place's daycare might be good (never tried and never will) but whoever groomed my dog shouldn't be paid to touch dogs, matter of fact he shouldn't even be allowed to touch dogs. Just get your dogs groomed somewhere else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE but if you like it then good for you.
P.S. I'm sure you have MY freaking records because I do.
