My cigarette lighter got pulled out by somebody who shipped my car and so I could not use it to charge my GPS. My local friend recommended his mechanic to me, but the guy said that most likely I needed to get the whole part changed (estimated about $100+ to get a used part). But my gut tells me to get a second opinion. And thanks to people who have left good reviews for T-Lex that I found it to get my problem solved in just a 15 minute visit, without buying any parts.
T-Lex THOROUGHLY explained to me the cause of the problem, fixed it, and TAUGHT me how not to cause similar problem in the future. I am very impressed.
I paid $30 for the labor, which I think is only reasonable.
I will recommend Basil to any japanese car owners.
