  • I have been using their services for about two years. Today I fired them. The staff lacks basic patient care skills. They have an attitude and they are rude I have waited up to 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time for Dr. Guberick to see me. They didn't let me know the Doc was running late and there was no apology. I called today, because the Doc was not available for the appointment I had scheduled. I waited on hold for 20 minutes to change an appointment the Doc couldn't keep. Dr. Guberick is good, but the lack of professionalism, and basic patient care, isn't working for me. I am sure I can find another physician that will value me as a patient.
