  • There really should be a NO stars! I have been back and forth with this horrible company for 2 months over their fraudulent actions. I ordered a BRAND NEW Bosch kitchen appliance package and was delivered FLOOR MODELS! The refrigerator had dust on the top of it and the freezer was cold when they delivered it in the late afternoon on June 22 with a temperature of 105 degrees! My salesman Scott LIED to my face when I ordered it, lied to me when they delivered it and lied to me when I went back to the store to confirm the floor models were gone, which they were. All I can say is WOW! That is fraud in it's most blatant form! It wasn't until I disputed it on my credit card that I finally got a call from the manager. He seemed genuine and immediately offered me a discount of which still has not been posted. Nikki Faust 'seemed' sincere when she said this would be taken care of but again, still not completed. I thought this was a reputable higher end store but the customer service has proved that to be untrue. With so many choices in the valley why would anyone shop here after reading these reviews...I wish I had done more research prior to my purchase. For what it's worth, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! Everyone matches prices now and you don't realize how important customer service is until you have to use it. Very very disappointed.
