  • The staff here are so unbelievably unhelpful. I tried making a passport reservation for a week online and the system kept crashing. I tried calling but no one answers the phone so I decided to walk in and ask for direction. Mind you, I had everything ready to get passport and, when I explained the issue, I mentioned that I was ready to go. The attendant told me that, despite the fact the passport area was empty and they were literally doing nothing, I'd still need an appointment, to keep trying on the website (it was just a "glitch" even though I tried for a week!) and that it is only showing appointments 3 months from now as the only availability because that's when rates go up so I'll need to wait until then. Horrible, horrible, horrible and very, very rude.
