  • Had our downstairs toilet randomly overflowing with disgusting water every time we would use our upstairs shower (bought house about a year ago, so we're still new to this stuff). It got pretty bad so after not being able to shower for a couple days we rented a snake and shopvac and got to work. Well, we couldn't fix the problem ourselves but couldn't wait any longer on help. Called Custom for our plumbing issue and their phone guy (around 12:00am) was very helpful and kind. Our technician was Michael. He was awesome. I never write reviews, but this deserved one. It was 2:00am and cold and he did a great job, took his time explaining things to me, and it was super cheap. Can't believe it. Thank you, guys. Time for a hot shower.
