  • This company SUCKS!!! Why isn't there another company, they're lining Someone's pocketbook to keep this contract. I've complained numerous times to no avail!! Once again they didn't empty my bin. I called and spoke to a Ryan yesterday, he assured me it would be picked up today by 6 pm !! It's 5:30 pm not picked up and if it's not tomorrow I'll be dumping it on some executives desk!!! HOW do they stay in business ????? I'm soooo glad I'm moving in 4 months just so I don't have to deal with such INCOMPETENCE!!! I'm sure if my bill wasn't paid each month they would be screaming !!! They should be paid according to the quality of the job done!! They'd get ZERO!!
