  • Missed my flight to SF because my plane from DCA was delayed...I wasn't pissed. I was just extremely disappointed. I head to customer service only for them to tell me they can put me at the Comfort Inn. No thanks! I pulled out my iphone and opened up my hilton app (great app...can check in over the phone) and searched for hotels. Hilton Garden Inn popped up at under $100 with great reviews. Yes, please. I only stayed a few hours because my flight left at 7 but those hours were great! Positives Free shuttle Clean Clean Clean (Clean is a big thing for me if I'm trying to get a good night's rest). Comfortable bed Great service Free toothpaste and other small amenities Negatives I doubt I'll be spending much time in Charlotte (ever). Otherwise I would stop again.
