  • Ordered some scotch and found that the glass had a chip on the Tim. My lip was not cut but it did get a bit of an abrasion. I mentioned it to a staff member and he apologized and got me another drink. That's it? I don't want anything free, but the staff should know to take these things more seriously. Won't come back here again. You can always make a bad situation better, but nothing good happens from just dismissing an incident and not telling the manager to at least stop by and say a few words. Take these things seriously.
