  • I had a coolant leak and could not find the source. Figured I would give Shorkey Ford a shot being that I had some luck with their predecessor. Pros: The shop found the source of the leak and repaired it. The part had to be ordered and I was supplied with a car at no cost to me. Repairs were completed by due date and time. Cons: The $600.00 price tag seemed a little excessive for a radiator hose. I kept being offered other services ( I understand this, but I just wanted the hose repaired). I may or may not use Shorkey again. Wasn't a great experience, but not horrible either.
