  • I finally decided to go solar. After much homework and several bids, I decided to go with Robco Electric. They weren't the cheapest but they were several thousand less than Solar City or SunRun. The entire process was really pain free. The salesperson, Steve Carver, was great. He was very knowledgeable. I ask a lot of questions and he had the answer to every one of them. They took care of dealing with the HOA, the permits with the city as well as anything else that might have come up. The installation crew was great. Tyson ran the job with the assistance of Kyle. Kyle really knows his stuff. If I had any questions (and I did), I called the office and Jeremy was more than happy to help me out. There were 5 or 6 crew members assigned to the job. Connie was also great. I can't remember the other crew members names but they were all good. The job only took 2 days to install for a 7.5 KWh system. I had Solar World SW340 Mono panels installed. They are made in the USA and they are all black. There's no silver frame around them. They look very neat. The system was up & running about 1 week after the system was installed. NV Energy was surprisingly fast with the final inspection. If you are looking to go solar & there's no reason not to, you should definitely consider Robco. The system has been up & running for about 6 weeks and I couldn't be more pleased.
