  • I used to be happy with the school but the place has gone downhill since they were bought out. - I constantly witness ridiculous student - "teacher" ratios. They need more teachers for a actual learning instead of letting children run around and do whatever they want. - The teacher turnover rate is too high and provides absolutely no consistency. - I was also just informed that they are no longer providing vacation days to be credited on the next billing cycle. Their new policy is to only credit 50% off one full week vacation. Newsflash: this is a daycare, not a private school. People take vacations and don't enjoy paying for time they don't use. - Don't even get me started on the ridiculous "no suncreen unless you have a prescription" policy. I'm sure it's easier that way but let's pretend we live in Las Vegas and sunscreen here is a necessity.
