I really love their Godzilla roll & volcano roll.
The owner, Sandy, is as sweet as she can be & will always come by to talk to you. The servers have always been nice & pleasant.
The place isn't huge & that's ok. I've never seen it overly busy or crowded.
What is really neat is the restaurant's involvement in events. I went to her sushi making class last fall & was blown away! The price to take the class was well worth it. We got a mat (to keep), had all the ingredients to make the rolls & got to eat everything we made. I was in sushi heaven!
She also has a sake tasting class; however, I'm not a sake connoisseur, so I'll pass on that class.
Prices are great, in my opinion.
I'm happy with Coral Sushi. I've only had their sushi - yes, I'm a hibachi snob. :D
