| - I love living at the Summit. If you lived in a building like this in any other major city it would cost 4-5 times as much. The residents and staff is very friendly if you're not an idiot that thinks it's a frat house.
There's gated parking, 24 hr. door attendant, maintenance and cleaning crew, great gym, office room, party room, fireplace deck with views of the valley, pool, BBQs, sauna, trash and recycling on every floor, pet friendly turf on the first floor, free internet, one block away light rail, 10 minute drive to airport, tons of cool local places to eat, drink, and shop within walking distance, and lots of local discounts in the neighborhood if you ask. It's also literally across the street from Chase Field (D Backs) and the Suns arena. There are new restaurant, bar, and business openings almost weekly and the art walk once a month.
If you're looking for a nightclub type of vibe go to old town Scottsdale. If you're looking for a fun vibe with cool arts, music, sports, and culture, I'd suggest downtown and the Summit at Copper Square.
