I have been with chase for many years and have had my fair share of problems as far as being over drawn and things. But even with my finances going up and down like many people's these days Chase has always helped me and I have kept my account open. Well when my older son started working I instantly took him too Chase since I have had great customer service and support from their bankers, but unfortunately not can be same with him. And it all started when he called customer service to make sure his account was in good standing because he was laid off for a few months and he was back too work and wanted to set up direct deposit again. Well his account was 93 dollars over drawn and when his money was ACH in there you would think that Chase would take their money and the remaining would be left in his account..... NOPE!!! Well this long drawn out story started 7/20 and here it is 8/8 and still no money. And I'm not talking about 20-30 dollars I'm talking 450.03. So what to do? Because I know Chase can't just keep this mans money right? Wrong, they have and I don't think they plan on returning.
