  • After my poor experience a week ago, Luiz, the business owner reached out to me to offer an update on his staffing and send his appologies. Luiz offered me another chance to come back and re-visit the cafe. When I came in I was greeted by the supervisor on duty who was very helpful and happy to assist with my transaction. I retried my iced soy hazelnut latte, my companion tried an iced latte and we both got a pastry. We got the new oreo pudding and a lime tart. Our drinks were made immediately and accurately. They tasted much better this time around to where you can taste the coffee in the drink. Very good. And both pasteries were DELICIOIS. While we were eating we were checked on by the supervisor on duty, making sure we enjoyed our selections. It was 100% better of an experience than last time. Thank you Luiz and Sambalatte for making an effort to correct bad experiences. Much appreciated!
