| - DON'T GO IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A REAL DOCTOR!!!
Not sure who would call this place "professional and awesome", it's horrible, they have no respect for their patients! Actually, to be more precise, they don't give a flying crap about you as a patient.
My husband has been having intestinal problems and ended up developing severe diarrhea, like "spend the entire night in the bathroom" diarrhea. That was Tuesday, the next day (Wednesday) he made an appointment to go see a nurse practitioner. They took samples for testing (oh, we do that in house so it'll be fast), no preliminary diagnosis, no recommendations on anything, no prescriptions, NOTHING!
Wednesday night, no calls with results, Thursday morning, no calls, Thursday night, nothing. Friday morning, no calls, meanwhile he is not getting any better. Finally he calls them and gets "oh, someone will get back to you today" answer. Calls them 4 hours later, same answer. I call them, upset, since my husband's intestines are about to liquefy completely and end up in the Gilbert sewer, and get THE SAME ANSWER!!! Aren't you concerned about your patient at all?!?!?!?!?! Come on!
FINALLY, he calls again at 5pm and gets to talk to a NP who informed him that two of the three tests came back clean but they don't have the third and kinda the most important one back yet. SERIOUSLY?! This is not a routine physical people, someone came to you with a real problem and you take days to diagnose! Oh I'm sorry, did I say "diagnose"? Because we didn't actually get a diagnosis. She said she could write him a prescription for antibiotics if he wants. (TWO DAYS LATER!!!!!) Yes, even though she doesn't know if it'll work or what he has she'll give him a prescription anyway. Well, if it's "I'll give it to you if you want" kinda deal how about you throw in some vicodin in there too? And oh, by the way, he should be drinking this probiotics crap that they sell at their practice. I'm sure three times the normal price. And she said NOTHING about probiotics Wednesday when he saw her!!!! Well, screw you! How about some Walgreens brand probiotics then?
And I'm sure they're gonna bill the insurance for hundreds for the visit! My fat cat gets better care than that!!!!
I'm sure I'll be updating this review soon.
