  • I give it a 1 star for 3 reasons, first because I can't give a 0, second because the only thing I like is the space the apartment has and tl3rd because it has washer and dryer. I'm just moving out and not looking forward on coming to this place anymore. I don't get the point of having a recerved parking spot if they put their employees to park there when they're giving maintenance to an other apartment, and you call for them to tow away and the towing truck never gets there, then you call back to get the number and all they tell you is that they call already, why because they know it's their employees truck!!! Also too many drug dealers in there, happen to be that one was living upstairs and all the time we came in to OUR apartment we could smell all the ---- they were doing upstairs, smell penetrated to our apartment and they never did anything. Also a concern I always had, was that this is supposed to be a gated community, and all the time the gates were not working, if I put together the days that the gates were working fine I'll come up to probably a month and a half out of the 1 year lease. PLEASE YOUR MONEY AND TIME IS WORTH MORE THAN THIS PLACE!!!!
